The Sales Specialty Representative for the Hematology - Oncology Team will be responsible for formulating strategic account plans, executing innovative solutions to drive patient access, collaborating with internal stakeholders, delivering product knowledge, and analyzing market intelligence.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Formulate comprehensive and insightful strategic account plans to build trust and reinforce relationships with rare disease ecosystem.
• Execute strategies, tactics, and innovative solutions to drive patient access and maximize rare disease performance.
• Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders including MKT, MA, MSL, Market access, KAM, RA, Training, and align with ethic & compliance.
• Deliver products and therapeutic knowledge through excellent Takeda Insight Based Engagement (TIBE) performance and utilize digital tools for effective HCPs engagement.
• Run high-level scientific meetings to convey product values under ethic and compliance align with portfolio strategy.
• Comprehend and analyze market intelligence including territory, customers, competitors, and patients to capture new opportunities or overcome challenges.
