Senior/District Sales Manager - Rare Hematology position at Takeda
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Coach, provide feedback, and counsel the sales team for people development
• Plan, implement, monitor, and coordinate sales activities with Marketing to achieve yearly sales goals
• Develop strong business relationships with clients and customers through field visits
• Recruit, develop, and retain Medical Representatives for the assigned district
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales and execute initiatives
• Set performance management objectives based on marketing plans and individual performance assessment
คุณสมบัติ
• Experience in sales management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong understanding of Hematology and Pediatric Hematology therapeutic areas
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits and meetings
