Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

• Be an active business partner to work closely with Marketing/Trade Marketing and Sales team to provide 'real time' support and analysis, to be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist in business decision making with financial justification.
• Responsible for lead monthly review meetings with presentation to all stakeholders to provide the financial insights and create an awareness of financial performance and understand the variances.
• Assist head of FP&A to conduct budget and support the budgeting process, provide input to monthly rolling forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risks within the responsibility areas.
• Analyze and provide monthly financial performance analysis with commentary and tracking KPIs.
• Work closely with budget holders to support on all commercial business justification, capital and investment proposals, and budget controls.
