Position Summary: Stock Register and Secretary Support Officer

• Ensure that stock registration work is carried out in accordance with the law and regulations accurately and provide information promptly within the legal timeframe. • Manage the stock registration of the company and subsidiaries, including updating information regularly, preparing power of attorney letters, and participating in shareholder meetings. • Coordinate with other departments within the company's secretariat. • Support the company's secretariat in carrying out its duties in accordance with securities laws or regulations relevant to the company and/or subsidiaries. • Assist in preparing the company's annual reports. • Assist in translating documents under the supervision of the company's secretariat.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, English, Business, Law, or related fields. • Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting, stock registration, or related fields. • Relevant knowledge of stock registration work. • Understanding of securities market regulations and practices at an appropriate level for the responsibilities. • Understanding of laws related to public limited companies, commercial laws, and securities laws at an appropriate level for the responsibilities.
