หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องในการจัดประชุม/สัมมนา/อบรม กับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• สรุปข้อมูล/บันทึกการประชุมให้มีความเข้าใจ
• จัดทำรายงานการประชุมและตรวจสอบเอกสารสาคัญต่าง ๆ
• รวบรวมข้อมูลแผนการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขายประจำเดือนของแต่ละพื้นที่
• ติดตามงานของสายงาน Trade Marketing เพื่อทำความเข้าใจในธุรกิจและสายงานที่รับผิดชอบ
• ดูแลประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัท

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีด้านบริหาร/การจัดการหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ในงานด้านเลขานุการ งานธุรการ การประสานงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• ทักษะในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เป็นอย่างดี
• ทักษะในการวางแผนงานและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงาน
• ทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและนำเสนอ
