Position as Training Specialist (Trainer) at Thai Beverage Public Company Limited

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop Core Program courses for Thai Beverage Training • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts internally and externally to enhance learning processes, content, learning materials, and learner and instructor guides • Manage internal speakers and increase their efficiency annually • Evaluate internal speakers' performance and present assessment results to stakeholders • Implement tools for staff development and performance evaluation in alignment with responsibilities • Select and engage quality partners to develop learning processes and content

คุณสมบัติ

• Knowledge of tools for staff development such as KM and Competency • Project management knowledge • Understanding of course development processes • Presentation skills for adult learning processes • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint
