The Training Specialist (Trainer) will be responsible for developing core program courses for ThaiBev Training, collaborating with subject matter experts, managing learning processes, content, learning materials, and learner and instructor guides.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop core program courses for ThaiBev Training • Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance learning processes and content • Manage internal speakers and increase their efficiency • Evaluate internal speakers' performance and present assessment results • Implement tools for staff development and performance evaluation • Select and seek quality partners to enhance learning processes and content

คุณสมบัติ

• Knowledge of tools for staff development such as KM and Competency • Understanding of project management • Skills in presenting and understanding adult learning processes • Knowledge and skills necessary for instructors, such as using various teaching media • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel and PowerPoint
