This position will ensure accurate employee database, utilization of HRIS, maintain C&B benchmarking and ensure the accuracy of the information in time management system.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Accountable HRIS management, maintaining accuracy of data, data validation, verification and mapping
• Ensure proper upkeep of p-files and filing of letters.
• Conduct HRIS training to employees.
• Generate HR analytics and reports.
• Manage Time management master system, and ensure accuracy of data when transferring the information to monthly payroll.
• Lead participation of annual benefit survey, analyse gaps or need for enhancement.
คุณสมบัติ
• University degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration.
• Great attention to detail, a solid grasp of mathematics, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills.
• At least have 5 years related experiences in 2-3 of the followings: HRIS, Time attendance, Employee database management, Market benchmarking or employee journey administration.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all levels in highly diverse, multicultural environment.
