The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for managing the recruitment and selection process, ensuring smooth integration of employees, and evaluating labor market conditions.

• Perform duties in relation to the recruitment and selection process
• Shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews
• Provide data to evaluate external labor market conditions
• Manage and control recruitment activities
• Compose job advertisements and liaise with job advertising websites
• Build relationships with universities and recruiters to source talent
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment
• Knowledge in Labor Law
• Good English proficiency and computer literacy
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
