The Human Resource Organisation Development (HROD) position involves conducting employee engagement surveys, developing innovative communication methods, managing corporate culture, and supporting organizational goals.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Conduct employee engagement survey and monitor action plans of such engagement drivers closely to ensure satisfactory results.
• Host related activities ex. workshops, focus groups, to discuss employee's concerns and suggestions.
• Develop innovative communication methods, collaboration challenges and support all clients by providing consultation, tools and expertise to achieve transformation change.
• Special development project assignment.
• Culture management and monitor corporate culture climate so that it supports the organization’s business goals and mission.
• Work closely with related functions to facilitate communication among new employees, current employees, and management team. Design and implement related tools to continuously maintain the desired momentum and expected level of culture alignment.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR development, organization development or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR strategy, learning & development or OD activities and having excellent knowledge of HR Management, HR Development, Learning & Development or Organizational Development function.
• Strong project/program management, strong in analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultation.
• Good command of English. (TOEIC score 550up)
• Proficiency and expertise in using MS office Tools. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
