• ให้ได้ข้อสรุปของแบบที่ใช้อ้างอิงสำหรับงานก่อสร้างตลอดจน
• รายละเอียดของรายการประกอบแบบทั้งหมดของโครงการ
• ให้มีความเป็นไปได้จริงในการก่อสร้างโครงการนั้นๆ
• และสอดคล้องกับงบประมาณที่กำหนดไว้
คุณสมบัติ
