Responsible for recruiting and coordinating job positions within the manufacturing industry.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for recruiting and officially considering the search for information to search for jobs, to find job applicants, media, job announcements through various channels.
• Coordinate with various departments that request job positions.
• Update vacant positions and positions that can be recruited to the Human Resources Manager on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for creating employment contracts, checking and screening applicants' documents, and evaluating performance during the probationary period.
• Improve and develop the recruitment process to be efficient.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or higher Major in personnel administration, management, business administration or other related fields.
• Have experience of not less than 7 years in recruiting and hiring in the manufacturing industry. If you have experience in a public organization, this will be given special consideration.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Have a love for service Communicate fluently, clearly, with good personality and interpersonal skills.
• Work proactively and use data to analyze data.
