• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล/คิดค้น/ออกแบบ/พัฒนาวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน/เครื่องมือ-เครื่องจักรเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการผลิต,ลดของเสียในกระบวนการ,เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานหรือลดต้นทุน
• ออกแบบ/จัดทำ เอกสารขั้นตอนการผลิตสำหรรับสินค้าใหม่ กระบวนการใหม่ วัตถุดิบหรือเครื่องจักรใหม่ ก่อนกำหนดเป็นมาตรฐานและส่งมอบให้ฝ่ายผลิต
• ประสานงานกับนวัตกรรมเพื่อนนำนวัตนกรรมใหม่มาประยุกต์ใช้ในฝ่ายผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• เป็น Project Leader ในการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร อุปกรณ์เครื่องมือใหม่สำหรับการผลิต
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
