The Corporate Consolidation Manager will oversee the consolidation process, manage accounting operations, and collaborate with auditors.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results to key stakeholders.
• Evaluate accounting reconciliations and elimination entries to maintain data integrity.
• Conduct analysis and interpretation of financial statements to support decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations to ensure the timely closure of financial statements at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
• Review general ledger account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items promptly.
• Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary audit support documentation.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in accounting; CPA certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consolidation, accounting, and auditing.
• Experience in a Public Limited Company (PLC) or Big4 firm is preferred.
• Proficiency in TFRS and IFRS with the ability to handle journal entry processing comprehensively.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to timelines, with a track record of managing deadlines efficiently.
