Production Manager responsible for planning, quality assurance, process improvement, team leadership, inventory management, and health and safety.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
• Coordinate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold product quality and consistency.
• Continuously evaluate production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and morale.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in food production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GHP, HACCP,5S KAIZEN, OEE) and quality management systems.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
