The Occupational Safety & Fire Specialist is responsible for ensuring safety, occupational health, and environmental compliance at work, as well as leading safety management programs and activities.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Ensure compliance with Shell HSE Framework, BS OHSAS/ TISI 18001 standard, process safety management, and Thai Law
• Lead safety management program implementation and improvement
• Create activities to promote safety awareness and safety campaigns
• Coordinate safety support in Shutdown and Start-up planning/activities
• Conduct safety risk assessments and audits to reduce potential risks
• Investigate accidents/incidents and occupational illnesses to prevent reoccurrence
• Provide technical expertise, consultancy, and interpretation of safety codes and standards
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer Professional
• Good knowledge, tact, courage, and cooperative abilities
• Ability to understand legal matters and apply industry legislation
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, persuasion, and negotiation skills
