The Refinery Economist position involves developing, analyzing, and recommending refinery production plans, evaluating economic opportunities, and supporting commercial deals.

• Develop, analyze, verify, recommend, and publicize an optimum refinery production plan • Advise and provide key economic drivers to steer plant on daily basis • Identify margin improvement opportunities and participate in technical development process • Perform economic evaluation of crude oil and feedstock • Verify and recommend economic justification of internal and external business synergy projects and commercial deals • Support development of commercial deals, business synergy projects, and financial planning

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelors' or higher in Chemical Engineering discipline • Sound understanding of refinery process units and their interactions • Base understanding of industry economic drivers and ability to evaluate economic options • Relevant experience in refinery planning and economics, refinery scheduling preferred • Knowledge and experience from working in process units are an added advantage
