The Area Manager Asia Pacific is responsible for managing the local enrolment team and activities to maximize student recruitment results for NABA in the assigned region.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Management of the agencies network and its expansion and development
• Provide timely support in terms of guidelines and problem solving
• Management of resources under his/her responsibility, ensuring their professional growth and the development of their skills
• Plan and organize their work and activities and assign new projects
• Management of international network, consolidation and development activities (public and private institutions, universities and schools, opinion leaders)
• Initiatives to support the brand image and reputation of the Schools and indications for innovating the respective academic portfolio
• Implementation and maintenance of relations with Consulates, Embassy and institutions
• Elaboration, development and update of the operational activities plan for the assigned region (fairs, events, visitation plans, online activities, etc.)
• Elaboration of the cost budget, in according with the Line Manager
• Implementation of operational activities plan (checking of agency operations, organization of visitation plans and counselling activities, participation in educational fairs and events)
• Supervision of travel activities
• Elaboration of business reports
• Identification of promotional opportunities and communication channels in the assigned region (events, fairs, press, etc.)
• Monitoring of the assigned geographic region (analysis of sector trends, analysis of competitors, and identification of new opportunities)
• Play an active part in the recruitment of new resources
• Ensure compliance with company policies, of the ethical code and procedures
• Actively support change management and innovation initiatives

คุณสมบัติ

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent
• Minimum of 4/6 years of experience in an International Sales role ideally within a dynamic and international environment
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Market and customer-oriented, relevant sales and relationship skills, target oriented, strong planning and organizational skills
• Proactive and flexible; able to work under deadline
• Relevant international experience (living/working or studying abroad) is an advantage
• Available to travel through the assigned region
• Fluent knowledge of English is a key
