Manager - SSHE (Thailand Operations)

• Facilitate the implementation of departmental activities, including training, audits, inspections, risk management, accident investigations and concerned corporate reporting.
• Maintain the existing third-party certification for the business management systems in meeting the requirement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO26001, ISO39001, ISO 45001 etc. which related to SSHE function.
• Support the Top Management to deploy SSHE Policy and Guidelines issue to all Tipco Asphalt group business unit, corporate SSHE roles and responsibilities definition.
• Ensure in accordance with the law, regulation, and corporate guidelines, prepare and collect the implementation plan, updating, reviewing, and auditing as per group SSHE.
• Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives
• Assist the SSHE Unit Head or Section Heads of all Plants in Thailand in dealing with all issues concerned with develop and implement health programs and initiatives to promote employee well-being and prevent occupational illnesses. Also facilitate SSHE team in Tipco Asphalt group for promote health programs/initiative too.
• In cooperation with HCM on in-house/external SSHE training.
• Conduct Tipco Asphalt SSHE team to concerned audits on all Plants.
• Gain cooperation between plant, all BU and concerned external party to reduce/manage SSHE risk both Thailand and Oversea plants.
• Guide and Support SSHE’s strategy, framework, and policy development under plant scopes.
• Implement applying up-to-date best practice and professional knowledge to address potential risks and maximize opportunities for communication with plants stakeholders.
• Facilitate and monitor the effective implementation of appropriate Environment System procedures such as GHG emission, energy and water consumption/efficiency, waste reduction/control and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation which related to environment aspect. and Company Directives for all Thailand plants, affiliate companies both domestic and international.
• Leading for ERM of all Thailand plants by work and coordinate with Head Office ERM team.
• Responsible to lead on accident, incident Investigation and complete the process for relevant report document with correction, prevention and sharing lesson to all concerned person.
• Promote and create SSHE concerned activities to improve on SSHE working practice with concerned plant operation
