The Officer - Corporate Risk Management will be responsible for coordinating, executing, and tracking Enterprise Risk Management implementations across international subsidiaries of Tipco Asphalt Group and Sustainable Development activities.

• Support and serve as coordinator among business units upon executing ERM and SD activities.
• Follow up on execution of ERM processes and SD framework.
• Assist in organizing Risk Management Committee (RMC) Meeting, risk management-related meetings, and SD meetings with international subsidiaries.
• Prepare presentations, minute of meeting and reports to update related parties.
• Conduct in-depth study and research on special topics under special request or interests by CEO.
• Provide training and workshop sessions associated with ERM and SD for all business units and related entities.

• Bachelor degree in either one of the following fields (Finance and Accounting, Economics, Business administration, Logistics, Engineering, Statistics, or Plant management)
• Previous experience or backgrounds in Sustainable Development (SD)
• Fluency in English (both speaking and writing), or minimum 800 TOEIC score
• Excellent in presentation skills
• Strategic thinking/mindset
