The Plant Manager holds the responsibility for the effective utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower management. They oversee all plant operations, including Operations, Engineering, Logistics, SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment), and plant SD (Sustainable Development).
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage daily plant operations, including production, engineering, and distribution to meet marketing plans.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the plant operations team.
• Manage and develop a high-performance team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day plant operations, including production scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance activities.
• Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goods and services to customers.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in Plant Management within a manufacturing firm.
• Proficiency in quality development tools and problem-solving methodologies such as TQM, TPM, QCC, Lean Manufacturing, SPC, Six Sigma, and Zero Defect.
• Robust management skills to achieve performance goals.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects efficiently.
