HR Asst. Supervisor / Supervisor HR Center of Excellence
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist in monitoring, revising, and developing HR policy to comply with related labor legislation and HR procedures for Thailand and overseas.
• Be the contact person to communicate and work with internal team and third parties in relation to HR policies and compensation and benefits matters.
• Design and create communication packs such as posters, announcements, and video clips related to HR policies and HR system.
• Provide advice on labor law and company regulations to all department managers, expatriates, and all concerned employees.
• Manage, update, and provide guidance on organizational structure design, manpower planning to department managers.
• In charge of all Compensation & Benefits including Total remuneration survey, merit increase and bonus, performance management system and employee promotion.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years experience in compensation and benefits with manufacturing environment preferable in multinational.
• Computer literate with SAP and MS. Office
• Good command of English
• Strong knowledge and understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
