Supervisor/Assistant Manager - Claim Investigators

• Investigation to seeking information from all relevant sources to support the claims payment and or claims refusal base on authorization.
• Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and Assess Death claims.
• Communicating with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, and other external sources.
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and processing paperwork.
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintaining them over time.
• Support Head of claims to implement section duties as request.
