Triumph Motorcycles is a British company with over 110 years of history. Our motorcycles are designed and developed in the UK by a team of experienced and highly skilled Engineers. Our motorcycles have won many awards around the world for their design and performance and Triumph continually develops new motorcycles to compete in this exciting and fast moving industry. Established in Thailand since 2002, Triumph now runs three factories, under the supervision of a UK management team, on the Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi. These factories produce a wide range of high quality motorcycle components and assemble a range of high quality motorcycles.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Jigs & Fixtures Design Specialist to join our dynamic team.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Design, develop, order and commission efficient assembly jigs and fixtures to enhance productivity and ensure product quality.
• Utilize CAD software, conduct testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise assembly fixture processes, reduce cycle time, and improve overall quality and reliability.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working and testing equipment, ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all team members.
• Undertake and assist with duties as required by your Manager.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required. Related education and work experience would also be considered.
• Proven experience in designing jigs & fixtures for a production environment.
• Fixture designs must fully accommodate datum systems and geometric tolerances of the components used.
• The ability to read and interpret component drawings drawn to BS8888.
• The ability to decipher datum equations from component level and utilise these in fixture design.
