The Production - Paint Engineer position involves implementing new model processes, developing robust procedures, and ensuring quality and efficiency objectives are met.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• New model implementation – Pursuing component and process approval for all aspects of new model process.
• Implementing procedures: Interpreting Design change request and reviewing drawings before planning and overseeing implementation.
• Developing and implementing robust processes which achieve the company’s top level targets for Safety, Quality and Volume.
• Investigating concerns in production with current processes and equipment and implementing robust solutions to ensure quality and efficiency objectives are maintained.
• Evaluating and selecting manufacturing equipment to fulfill the company’s goals and improve existing processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.
• At least 2- 3 years’ experience in Paint Processes, Project management & Engineering skills. New graduated is welcome.
• Experience with electrostatic painting.
• Experience in new factory start up or factory or complicated process implementation.
• Ability to use CAD.
