Match the product according to customer needs, form a solution and deliver it. Responsible for tracking and understanding the use of products purchased by customers to ensure that customers actively use our products. Fully understand the business and knowledge related to the industry and products, output product value, and ensure the implementation of product solutions. Continuously maintain customer relationships and improve customer experience, track and solve problems in the process of customer use of products.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for the landing training of newly signed customers to ensure that customers can use the system functions.
• Regularly visit customers, collect customer feedback, summarize and analyze customer feedback, improve services, and promote product optimization.
• Regularly update product usage documents, output customer use cases, and share them with more customers.
• Follow up the use of customer system, actively manage customers, avoid the risk of customer churn, and improve the depth of customer system use.
• Regularly educate customers on product functions and answer customer questions through one-on-one or community training.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor degree or above.
• more than 3 years of SaaS software service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to provide advice and solutions to clients.
• Self-motivated and able to make full use of various resources to achieve goals.
• Able to adapt to the uncertainty of the start-up stage of the enterprise, and the functional scope of the position will change frequently, good command in English and Chinese.
