The IT System Analyst position requires a TOEIC 500+ certification and programming skills.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• TOEIC 500+ with evidence. • Can write the programming. • Monitoring and maintaining PC, Laptop, Server, Printer, VOIP, CCTV, IT peripheral and IT Equipment. • Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, answering inquiries, and delivering solutions. • Backup and recovery system (Backup Exec / Veeam). • Monitoring and maintaining Network and Server to ensure everything operate smoothly and securely. • Manage and control Cyber security system to ensure effectively defend against cyber threats/malware. • Coordinate with external vendors for purchasing IT equipment or solving IT issues. • Manage and administrative: ERP Syteline. • Developing, customizing and coding form and report in ERP Syteline.
คุณสมบัติ
• TOEIC 500+ with evidence. • Can write the programming. • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields. • 3+ years of system administrator experience. • Good background Windows-based Operating Systems for PC and Server. • Experience in LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network, VM and Cyber security system. • Fast learner with good initiative and a can-do attitude. • Good command in English both writing and speaking. • Multi-tasking skills. • Problem Solving and Decision Making. • Self-Motivation. • Time Management. • Teamwork. • Service Oriented. • Knowledge in ERP Syteline & SQL Server would be advantage
