The Repair Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing new repair schemes for APU/Engine hardware, as well as supporting existing repair capabilities.

• Can do/ expert in Solid Work.
• Develop and/or implement new repair schemes for APU/Engine hardware.
• Support enhancement of existing repair capabilities or transition of repair capabilities from other Triumph sites.
• Develop and establish new repair processes including raising of Appropriation Request.
• Provide engineering oversight to assigned processes ensuring practical procedures are in compliance and meet technical and audit standards.
• Design tooling and fixtures as appropriate.

คุณสมบัติ

• Good Engineering degree or equivalent experience; metallurgical, mechanical or manufacturing preferred with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
• Experience in gas turbine component repair including repair and process development and reverse engineering is highly desired.
• Familiarity with commercial engine maintenance manuals.
• Understanding of Repair Drawing Standard and Tolerances.
• Experience in work shop/special processes such as of machining, welding, brazing, metal spray, heat treatment and coating.
