The Aftermarket Commercial Senior Analyst will be responsible for understanding Service Agreements, Telematics, and supporting the Sales Department.

• Fully understand the concept of Service Agreement and be able to calculate the quotation
• Educate dealers and other internal departments in the Service Agreement (SA) business
• Reinforce Sales Department with estimate quotations and provide guideline for SA
• Develop aftermarket campaign to support soft products revenue
• Co-operate with Regional Aftermarket Manager to monitor SA Portfolio and improvement plan
• Create monthly summary report and liaison with HQ regularly

• Bachelor’s Degree in business Admin/ Finance/ Economics/ International Business/ Engineering
• Communication and people skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Computer literate & fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
