Chief Accountant (Senior Manager)

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting for all legal entities.
• Ensure that company financial statements and accounting records are correct, accurate, and that every transaction complies with company policy, local tax regulation as well as statutory requirements.
• Monitor and analyst accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Closing of month end, quarterly and annual financials (P&L, BS and CFS). Ensure that all closing activities are completed on time according to closing schedule with all records properly reconciled.
• Manage the monthly end closing process, business consolidation system reporting and preparation for annual audit.
• Ensure compliance with internal control objectives, local GAAP’s and Financial Policies and Procedures
• Coordinate with business/operation side for yearly physical inventory count and physical fixed asset count
• Supervise Accounting R2R teams to ensure that all teams are well monitored.
• Coordinate preparation of work papers for annual audit and cooperates with requests for information by the external and/or internal auditors.
• Supervise and educate Accounting R2R staff regarding accounting standards and tax regulation for daily operations.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform as Project Manager Role on various departmentprojects/initiatives. Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
• Performs other related duties and tasks as assigned by FCA Director
