HRS generalist position with a 6 Months Contract at Bangna-Trad KM.21

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepares and posts all approved requisitions, including working with external vendors to create and place advertisements.
• Conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Initiates a very extensive internal network and are considered by the business as an invaluable asset in recruitment related issues.
• Collaborates with the hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure an efficient, compliant recruitment process.
• Participates in career events and program as required, university job fairs and private job fairs.
• Manages recruitment channels on behalf of the company independently and effectively.

คุณสมบัติ

• 3 years and above HR experiences in recruitment field or HR generalist.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• High ethical standard with integrity.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to details.
• Ability to handle multi-tasks at one time.
