Senior Manufacturing Engineer

• To be consulted for requirements and solutions of Manufacturing and Logistic for the new product project.
• To be consulted and supporting on virtual manufacturing verification for the new product project.
• To perform and analysis of the change in assembly time, line balancing and assembly distribution then update to assembly documentation and training to operators.
• To support on variant structure change which impact on manufacturing and connect parts on local system when the new product project launching.
• To be consulted and supporting on Manufacturing and Logistics contribution to product cost update from the new product change.
• Performing on update Lines/Station, Tooling equipment and concerned IS/IT systems to support the change from new product project (Pokayoke).
• To support on activities of Quality, Environmental, Ergonomics and Safety in concern of the new product change (Pokayoke, PFMEA, etc).
• To be consulted and supporting to project build plan (B,C,P build) activities from the new product project.
• To be consulted and supporting on Industrialization loop verification activities and continuously follow-up the issues for smooth launch of the new product project to manufacturing operation.
• Lead to perform deviation analysis or improvement project of added & consume material which supporting to secure added & consume material availability to production.
• Leading to update the standard usage of added & consume material list.
• Leading to perform or support on Problem solving analysis of the related engineering issue on the daily production problems.
• Leading to perform and update line lay out to increase process efficiency or to support business requirement.
• Leading to perform Industrial project by PSM or assignment project to support business requirement.
• Lead to secure process standard time study and line balancing to provide production capacity pattern with high efficiency.
• Supporting and secure availability of tooling, equipment, machine and concerned IS/IT systems on daily production.
• Lead to secure process parameters control which related to product.
• Support and involve with the implementation and maintain of Industrial management system (VPS, ISO, Safety etc.) which belong to company policy.
• Perform according to safety and environment procedure.
• Participate and coordinate with community in Regional or Global such as MTS, LTS network and KD Plant coordinator to exchange engineering information for effectiveness on production process.
• Perform continuous improvement activities to improve manufacturing efficiency and aligning with business strategic priority.
• Self-development by self-manage learning (SML) or perform work on business assignment from direct manager.
