The R&D Packaging Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in packaging innovation, evaluation, and implementation to achieve performance and design requirements.

• Assist in the identification, evaluation and implementation of packaging innovation/cost optimization
• Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendation and implementation of packaging materials designs and configurations
• Provide innovative, timely and cost-effective improvements, concepts, developments for new or existing packaging and material handling systems
• Work with manufacturing facility to support packaging performance including documentation, communication, analysis, trouble-shooting and follow up

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's in Packaging Technology or any related field
• 1-3 years experience in R&D packaging
• Knowledge of packaging development, packaging materials and technology in a food and beverage industry is preferred
• Positive and self-driven, a hunger to learn and ability to work independently
• Good communication in English
