The Customer Quality Engineer - CQE (ทำงาน BTS Bearing) is responsible for managing quality issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing corrective/preventive actions.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Responsible for quality issue, take ownership on quality issue to communicate with customer and ensure that the actions will be in plan
• Customer satisfaction, Regular meeting with customer in term of quality related included QBR
• Initiative and validate the effectiveness of corrective/preventive action
• Reporting the qualification result of current product related with PCN to customer
• Define in product/process quality control procedure/criteria per customer requirement
• Support Customer inquired
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science related field
• 2 - 8 years’ EXP in IC or Electrical manufacturing in position of Quality Engineer, NPI or Process Engineer
• Basic problem-solving skills using established methodologies including 8D, SPC, Why-why analysis, QC7 tools, etc.
• Knowledge of APQP, VDA6.3, IATF or quality system
• Take accountability and ownership
