The Process Engineer (R&D) position near BTS Bearing is open to new graduates and involves responsibilities related to process optimization, control, and analysis.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Verify risk assessment, evaluation matrix and deliver per plan
• Perform process parameter optimization (Validate & DOE)
• Lot execution including Engineering Memo, Lot on hold & Disposition, Root cause analysis and improvement action
• Process control by 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method)

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor degree in any Engineering or related Science fields
• No Experience or experience in Semiconductor (IC) Singulation or Electronic Manufacturing is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer skill
