Warehouse Manager responsible for leading and managing autonomous teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring quality, cost, delivery, involvement, and safety standards are met.

• Lead and manage several autonomous teams (APT) and all logistics areas including raw materials, components, and finished goods flows, storage locations, and external warehouses
• Manage workload and optimize allocated resources
• Improve team expertise and polyvalence
• Motivate teams to develop initiative and improve performances
• Ensure Quality, Cost, Delivery, Involvement, and Safety standards are properly implemented
• Coordinate corrective actions and propose improvement plans

คุณสมบัติ

• Engineering school or equivalent, added by the Basics of SCM from APICS certification
• Background from automotive tier 1 supplier
• 3 Years in Supply Chain Management, especially in physical flow management
• SAP experience
• Good English communication skills
