Field Service Sales and Development Manager in Valmet's Service Business Line in Asia Pacific Area.

• Suggest, initiate and lead field service sales.
• Make quotations
• Arrange customer meetings, negotiations and conclude with Orders/Agreements
• Achieve sales annual budget.
• Utilize company ERP tools
• Keeping up the Field Services KPIs (utilization reporting, loading estimates, customer experience surveys / Net Promoter Score
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required with a Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the Pulp & Paper industry, including Field Service sales experience. Operational excellence experience is strongly required.
• Demonstrated success in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment.
• Demonstrated understanding of Pulp & Paper and/or Energy industry and business processes, along with knowledge of the service business Ability to quickly build relationships and achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
• Have Sales experience with technical knowledge of communication, commercial knowledge for negotiate contract terms.
