Manager, Services, Southeast Asia II (Flow Control business)
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Work as a team with colleagues in Sales and Product Line(s) to propose value added services and solutions to existing and new potential customers.
• Accountable for SEA II Service budget, Service Engineer(s), Service Centre(s) Utilization rate and policy recommendations and implementation.
• Maintain good relationships with key end users and maximize Valmet (Neles) Service Portfolio with end users on Shutdown Planning and Shutdown Management.
• Oversees and provides operational framework as well as guidance based on service strategy.
• Propose plans to improve service performance, through reviews of current performance and recommendations for improvements.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of service employees to ensure performance against the agreed service standards.
คุณสมบัติ
• Relevant educational background such as bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the field of flow control and couple years of management experiences, especially for Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to keep relationship with customer in various situations.
• Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers’ benefit.
• Knowledge of our customers’ processes and/or flow control / valve technology are considered as an advantage. Fluent in English A valid driving license and willingness to travel. Ready to obtain local contract in Thailand and does not require Work Permit.
