• Lead Asia Pacific HRIS development digitalization projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance to HR and business on proper usage of Workday
• Control data quality and provide support for timely reports and analysis
• Capture development ideas and work with global HRIS team
• Responsible for monthly payroll for Thailand and Vietnam
• Interact with various stakeholders and serve customers

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 7 years of HR experience
• Strong communicator in Thai and English
• Experience in HRIS and payroll systems
