• Lead Asia Pacific HRIS development projects and initiatives
• Provide guidance on proper usage of Workday to HR and business
• Control data quality and provide support for timely reports and analysis
• Capture development ideas and work with global HRIS team to implement them
• Responsible for monthly payroll for Thailand and Vietnam
• Interact with various stakeholders and serve customers

• Passionate about technology and people
• Hands-on attitude and ability to organize work
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and at least 7 years of HR experience
• Strong communicator in Thai and English
• Experience in HRIS (preferably Workday) and payroll
