The SAVOURY EVALUATION & APPLICATION MANAGER position requires a candidate with a strong passion for the Food & Flavour Industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop / Improve Culinary application recipes (Instant Noodles, Sauces, Condiments, Ready Meals…)
• Select and promote the most appropriate flavors. Build up adapted flavour collections
• Develop new innovative concepts with Marketing team to promote MANE flavours, technologies, and ingredients at customers
• Handle product innovation projects
• Manage Savoury Evaluation & Application Team
• Create privileged link with ingredient and foodstuff suppliers to keep up with latest innovations and trendy RM
• Maintain database of recipes and ingredients
• Communicate regionally and globally to stimulate creativity
• Build partnerships and networking with suppliers, customers, chefs, universities, on specific topics
• Share knowledge and competencies with peers

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology
• At least 5 years of solid experience in the formulation of savoury products for Food industry
• Good knowledge of South East Asia food market (food manufacturing key players, tastes, processes & prices)
• Strong interest and sensitivity to Asian cooking and culinary culture / trends
• Solid Project Management skills
• Innovative, autonomous, organized, and dynamic
• Hands-on, likes solving challenges, thinks out of the box
• Very good command in English
• International mindset (Having an experience abroad is a real plus)
• Good command of MS-Office
• Good overall sensory abilities. Understanding of flavour industry
