หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
1. 全面组织人力资源部的相关工作，包括绩效管理,招聘,培训,员工关系管理等工作。จัดระเบียบงานที่เกี่ยวข้องของฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลอย่างครอบคลุม รวมถึงการจัดการประสิทธิภาพ การรับสมัครงาน การอบรม การจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับพนักงาน และงานอื่น
2. 组织和实施人力资源的招聘,培训,绩效管理工作，并保证其符合质量管理体系的相关要求；จัดการประสิทธิภาพด้านการทำงาน การอบรม การสรรหาของแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล และตรวจสอบให้ตรงตามความต้องการการจัดการระบบคุณภาพ
3.了解公司内部的质量管理方针和目标；ทำความเข้าใจแนวทางและเป้าหมายของการบริหารจัดการเชิงคุณภาพภายในบริษัท
5.主持人力资源部的日常管理工作和拟制公司的管理规章制度；รับผิดชอบงานประจำวันของแผนกทรัพยากรบุคคล และร่างระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัท
6. 组织和管理公司有关招聘，培训，绩效管理的工作；จัดระเบียบและจัดการงานของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหา การอบรม การจัดการผลการปฏิบัติงาน
7. 总经理、所授权限相对应的职责ความรับผิดชอบอื่น ๆ ที่ผู้จัดการทั่วไปมอบหมายให้
วางแผนอัตรากำลังคนให้เหมาะสมกับโครงสร้างองค์กรและงบประมาณ
จัดทำแผนพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากร ฝึกอบรม ให้เหมาะสมกับ competency ของตำแหน่งงาน
บริหารจัดการค่าตอบแทน สวัสดิการ กฎระเบียบสำหรับพนักงาน
ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายแรงงานโดยการติดตามและดำเนินการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบของบริษัทให้เป็นปัจจุบัน
ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดจากกฎหมายแรงงานไทยเพื่อให้ข้อมูลเป็นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ
จัดการแผนการจ่ายเงินและเงินเดือนของพนักงาน
รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากพนักงานและสามารถตอบสนองได้อย่างรวดเร็วและตัดสินใจ

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications ชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 – 45 ปี วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ , นิติศาสตร์ , รัฐศาสตร์ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริหารงานบุคคล 7 ปีขึ้นไป มีความระเอียดรอบคอบและมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความสามารถในการฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
