The HDD Electronics Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing workflow for HDD Electronics, implementing systems, and troubleshooting production issues.

• Providing end-to-end oversite of the entire electronics production processes, areas and stations: ECAT, Servo Write, Functional Test, SRST, Feature Test, OQA and ORT.
• Define the processes necessary to meet quality objectives, increase yield and reduce cost.
• Work with development teams to improve manufacturability and reduce production costs.
• Maintaining documents, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Monitoring production with metrics and data analytics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in troubleshooting problems and implementing relevant corrective actions.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic / Electromechanical / Computer Science) or related fields.
• Exposed related to PCBA SMT assembly process or basic PCBA FA knowledge.
• Exposed to manufacturing or production environment.
• Good analytical & programming skills in Spotfire, Phyton, and Tableau.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office. Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (both written & verbal). Able to adapt with dynamic change & requirements.
