• Demonstrates company values and shares the organizational commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and a high-performance workforce through positive employee relations.
• Operational support of on-premise and regional application stacks and technology. Global operational support, as needed.
• Work with business users to define, document, test and deliver business process requirements so expected results are attained.
• Maintain effective communication with assigned functional business areas to ensure that their information system’s needs are met. Provide application support to business users.
• Assists in resolving technical problem reports in the production environments.
