The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, enhancing customer relations, and managing the sales team in the Asia market.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Assist to achieve total yearly sales amount and increase company profit and market share.
• Enhance RSM to create sales and technical support to processors and OEM customers.
• Manages to promptly and accurately provide quotation to processors and OEM customers.
• Supervises to gather all sales records correctly and systematically.
• Manages to collect necessary and relevant information of complaint from customers and cooperate well with QA and production for promptly problem solving.
• Manages the CMA (Customer Material Authorization) system efficiently.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or engineering.
• At least 8 years working experience in plastics injection or extrusion industry, Machine equipment in metal part is required.
• Additional training and/or experience should include managerial experience in the manufacturing environment, specifically in the plastics industry.
• Able to read mechanical drawing.
• Good customers service and relations.
