Training & Employee Engagement Officer (Head Office) position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of experience in Recruitment Process.

• Collaborate with Management team to design and implement career development programs that align with employees' goals and company's objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify skills gaps, working with department heads to address specific training needs.
• Create and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Analyze the effectiveness of development programs and make continuous improvements to ensure they meet organizational and employee needs.
• Support and guide employees in their career path, providing advice and resources for professional growth.
• Organize employee engagement activities and cooperate with all parties.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment Process
• Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and best practices in human resource development
• Experience in coordinating with committees and promoting good relationships
