• People
o Provide support to Project Managers in monitoring project variables and constraints.
o Coordinate with project team members to develop mitigation and resolution plans.
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and requirements.
o Engage with the PMO team in improving project management capabilities across the org.
• Process
o Support detailed project planning activities such as work breakdown structure development.
o Maintain project documentation such as risks, issues, change requests, etc.
o Analyse project metrics to proactively identify potential delivery roadblocks.
o Enable status reporting processes and up/downstream communications.
o Support PM process maturity and adoption within a youthful organization.
• Technology
o Track project artifacts in SharePoint and MS Project Server.
o Maintain project documentation and analysis using the Microsoft suite of technologies.
o With technical skills in SAP BTP, Integration or SAC, SAP DataSphere / DI skills
คุณสมบัติ
- 8-10 years experienced
- Good communication skills in Thai and English – MUST HAVE
- Ability to work with offshore teams – MUST HAVE
- With some technical skills (SAP BTP, Integration) or SAC, SAP DataSphere / DI skills
