The Assistant Manager-Sales (Automotive) will be responsible for coordinating with Business Groups, participating in bidding processes, identifying new business opportunities, proposing solution designs, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and more.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Coordinate with Business Groups under Business Operation Unit to prepare RFI, RFP, RFQ documents for bidding/ tender process (e.g., Pricing scheme, Cost structure, etc.)
• Participate in the bidding process in cooperation with the relevant operation teams
• Communicate with Business Development Manager to identify new businesses opportunities for both existing & new customers within assigned verticals
• Work with internal parties/ operation teams to propose solution designs to meet customer's requirements and to implement new business projects
• Issue and submit a quotation or RFQ to the customers in a timely manner
• Maintain good relationship with the customers by making sales calls and conducting customer visits on a regular basis to collect customer's feedback and turn them into business opportunities
• Ensure regulatory compliance for all related operational activities of the unit

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing function and Logistics business with at least 0-2 years at management level
• Customer relationship management, Pricing & Cost analysis, Project management, Logistics/ Supply Chain Management in all relevant areas: Customs clearance / Land transportation / Warehouse / Air and Ocean freight forwarding
• Leadership skills, Strong Interpersonal skills, Presentation and Negotiation skills, Analytic & logical thinking skills, Problem-solving skills, Good command of English
• Service-minded, Flexible, Thorough, Positive thinking, Punctual, Japanese business protocol and etiquette, Teamwork
• Computer Literacy in MS Office (Power point, Word & Excel)
