Assistant Manager-Strategic HR position involves collaborating with HR Management to implement HR strategies, overseeing performance management, preparing reports for analysis, monitoring organizational changes, refining job descriptions, developing communication tools, and generating HR reports.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborate with HR Management to implement HR strategies and support the execution of HR projects, both at the global and local levels.
• Oversee the performance management process in accordance with company policies, ensuring that it aligns with our objectives and fosters continuous improvement.
• Consolidate and prepare reports for analysis and reporting purposes, aiming to ensure that the implementation of HR strategies delivers the anticipated positive outcomes.
• Monitor and review Company OC (Organizational Chart) and announcements related to changes in the company's structure.
• Enhance and refine job description materials and guidelines to align with global standards.
• Develop and optimize communication tools and shared services for HR purposes, both within HR teams and across the entire organization.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources Management, Political Science or related fields
• At least 5 years in Human Resources function (HRM, HROD) or Strategic HR
• Knowledge of Organization development, Project Management
• Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill and Presentation Skill
• Strategic thinking, Logical & Analytical thinking
