About this position
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all maintenance activities within the company. • Training and supervising maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient execution of tasks.
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to production processes.
• Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and maintenance logs.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
